These terms govern your use of GetTravel.in services. By booking with us, you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms. For questions, contact us at info@getspace.co.in.
1. Agreement to Terms
By enquiring about, booking, or purchasing travel services from GetTravel.in (operated by Getspace, Surat), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit/full payment and written confirmation from GetTravel.in. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation (via email or WhatsApp) from our team. Verbal discussions or quotes do not constitute a confirmed booking. Package prices quoted are valid for the date of quotation only and may change due to airline fare changes, hotel tariff revisions, currency fluctuations, or other factors.
3. Payment Terms
• A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50% of total package cost) is required to confirm the booking • Full payment is required 30 days before departure (or as specified in your booking) • For last-minute bookings (within 30 days of departure), full payment is required at the time of booking • Payment can be made via NEFT/RTGS, UPI, cheque, or card (surcharge may apply) • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
4. Cancellation Policy
Please refer to our separate Cancellation Policy page for full details on cancellation charges and refund timelines. In summary: • Cancellations 30+ days before departure: Deposit forfeited; balance refunded • 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total package cost charged • 7–14 days before departure: 75% of total package cost charged • Less than 7 days / No-show: 100% of total package cost charged Airline tickets, hotel reservations, and visa fees are subject to the respective supplier's cancellation policies.
5. Visa & Documentation
GetTravel.in provides visa assistance and guidance but cannot guarantee visa approval as this is the sole discretion of the respective consulate/embassy. You are responsible for ensuring your passport has at least 6 months validity from the date of travel, and for providing accurate and truthful information in all visa applications. In the event of a visa rejection, GetTravel.in's service fee for visa assistance is non-refundable. We will assist with re-application where possible.
6. Our Responsibilities
GetTravel.in acts as an intermediary between travellers and suppliers (airlines, hotels, ground operators). While we take great care in selecting our suppliers, we are not liable for: • Acts of God, natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure events • Delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers • Loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip • Medical emergencies or illness during travel We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all international trips.
7. Amendments & Changes
Any changes to a confirmed booking (dates, destinations, number of travellers) will be subject to availability and may incur amendment fees from airlines, hotels, and operators, in addition to our handling fee of ₹500–₹2,000 per amendment.
8. Complaints & Disputes
In the event of any complaint or dispute, please contact us immediately at info@getspace.co.in or +91 98247 73671. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
