Important: If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us immediately at +91 98247 73671 or info@getspace.co.in. Cancellations are effective from the date we receive written confirmation from you.
Package Cancellation Charges
30+ Days Before Departure
Cancellation charge: Deposit Only
15–29 Days Before Departure
Cancellation charge: 50% of Total Package
7–14 Days Before Departure
Cancellation charge: 75% of Total Package
Less than 7 Days / No-Show
Cancellation charge: 100% — No Refund
Amendment Charges
Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and the following handling fees (in addition to any supplier-imposed charges).

| Name change on booking | ₹500–₹1,000 per person (airline dependent) |
Important Notes
- 1.Airline tickets are subject to the respective airline's cancellation and refund rules. Most promotional fares are 100% non-refundable.
- 2.Hotel cancellation charges depend on the hotel's individual policy. Heavily discounted and non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled.
- 3.Visa processing fees are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation is made.
- 4.Travel insurance premiums are generally non-refundable once the policy is issued.
- 5.For group bookings (5+ pax), different cancellation terms may apply as specified in the group booking agreement.
- 6.Refunds for cancelled bookings are processed within 7–15 working days to the original payment method.
- 7.Service charges and documentation fees charged by GetTravel.in are non-refundable in all cancellation scenarios.
